OUR SERVICES

Snug Harbor Adult Day Care Center Program is offered Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
and serves adults 18 and older with cognitive and/or physical impairments.

This is an opportunity for much needed Caregiver respite, providing an individual and their families needed safety and security throughout the day.

The program is available for full day, half day or partial day care.  An individual's program can include meals, oversight and supervision of health and personal care activities, such as maintenance and enhancement of activities of daily living to increase independence. Modified activities for an individual's specific physical, cognitive and psycho-social abilities and impairments,  both group and individual, are planned regularly throughout the day.

Financial Assistance Available

If you know someone that is in need of our services, but can't afford it, please have them contact our office to schedule an appointment for information on financial assistance that may be available for them.
